Holiday Office Closure Important

Citizens will be closed from Wednesday through Friday, November 27-29, for the Thanksgiving holiday. To report a loss during this time, submit a claim via myPolicy 24/7 or contact our toll-free Claims Reporting Center at 866.411.2742. Citizens will resume regular business hours on Monday, December 2.

The Depopulation Packet you received indicates your policy’s eligibility to choose between coverage options.

Only policies that receive an offer of coverage that is more than 20% greater than Citizens’ estimated renewal premium are eligible to remain with Citizens.

To submit your choice, you will need the following information:

Policy number
Registration code provided on your Offer Form

Note: Commercial Nonresidential policies cannot choose to opt-out of an assumption. You either must accept the depopulation offer or rewrite coverage with another company.
