Retirement Savings 401(a)/457(b)

Employees are eligible to enroll on their date of employment with no waiting period. Citizens matches 100% of the first 8% of pre-tax salary contributions. Employees are fully vested in the company match after only three years of employment.

Vacation

Employees receive paid vacation on day one of employment. Vacation time is prorated in the first year of service based on the date of hire.

Paid Holidays

Citizens observes nine holidays each year, plus one personal holiday.

Sick Leave

All employees scheduled to work 40 hours per week receive 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year. Employees working a reduced work schedule receive prorated sick time.

Medical/Dental

Competitively priced premium costs are shared by both Citizens and employees.
