Citizens is introducing a newsletter called AgentAdvisor, which will be the go-to source for the latest agent communications. This will be sent to all agents and agent bulletin subscribers.

This newsletter offers an updated, fresh perspective on our agent email bulletins. It is the same information but delivered in an updated format. Citizens will no longer send individual emails to agents for each bulletin with a few exceptions as noted below.

Note: Agent bulletins that affect a limited audience, urgent communications, and active storm communications will continue to be issued as stand-alone emails (e.g., Alert Bulletins and Agent Storm Updates).

 What you can expect in each edition:

• The latest bulletins: Find links to each bulletin in the News section of our website to keep you informed about the latest information impacting both Personal and Commercial Lines.
• Resources: Learn about current and new resources and how they can help you and your customers.
