Jeremy Pope
Chief Administrative Officer

Jeremy Pope is the Chief Administrative Officer of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation and is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Jeremy is responsible for consumer- and agent-centric operations, which include Consumer and Policy Services as well as Agency and Market Services. Additionally, Jeremy oversees the delivery of the company’s full range of enterprise service offerings, which include Human Resources, Facilities Management and Real Estate, Enterprise Strategy and Planning, and Enterprise Business Agility. With a significant focus on service-oriented operations to both internal and external stakeholders, Jeremy’s role includes oversight of our Catastrophe Response Centers for consumers, enterprise project and portfolio management, business analysis and reporting, formulation of business process outsourcing strategies, and driving continuous improvement efforts.

Jeremy has more than 18 years of insurance experience with 24 years in management, the majority of which were in senior management positions with progressively increasing responsibilities. Prior to joining Citizens in 2006, Jeremy began his professional career at Bank of America, where he served as Vice President within the Global Wealth and Investment Management division.

Jeremy holds both a Bachelor's degree in Business as well as a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Jacksonville University. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and an active 20-year volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville. Jeremy also completed the Experienced Leader Program at the University of Florida and is a Connect Florida Graduate through Leadership Florida.
